      Nepotism, Bullying, poor management, this place has the works

      Pros

      This place has some amazing products, and amazing people is some areas.

      Cons

      The people who do well at their jobs and excel in their chosen field of expertise are held back by the blatant nepotism. Worsened by the family of owners also employing their friends to do jobs they are far from capable or qualified to do . Certain managers in the business are aware of these issues but choose not to speak up as they know the consequences.
