      Pros

      Travel Perks, Great team, good tools to do the job.

      Cons

      Consistently hire the worst possible managers and team leaders, they are either ineffective at best and downright toxic at their worst. Leaders disrespect and undervalue employees. Poor communication from leaders to the team. Do not emulate the "values" they promote and cheerlead from the beginning. Portraying arrogance, and sometimes disdain for the people actually doing the work.

      Pros

      This is a wonderful company to work for if you are looking for that "family feel". The executives are true problem solvers and listen. They are transparent and it is a fun working environment.

      Cons

      It is fully remote, so if you like to work in an office environment this isn't the best fit.

      Pros

      Travel stipends but that's about it.

      Cons

      Pay is below market value. Management isn't honest and doesn't treat people with respect. People are in management positions because of their connections to leadership. Meanwhile, those with actual credentials are undervalued and bullied. The parent company likes to tout employee centric company values but they fail to live up to their promises.
