Wonderful and diverse range of clients A few gems in upper management Opportunities to move up the ladder
Cons
Company is not what it used to be - Used to be very client-focused, but now is more focused on finances and keeping afloat. Poor communication between coordinators and lower staff - don't ask for urgent information, because you won't get it. Constant messages and phonecalls out of working hours. High turnover rates - your boss can change from week to week, and they won't tell you who your new boss is! You'll find out second hand, or after an incident.

Dodgy leadership. Culture of promoting internal staff without providing leadership training, which creates a floundering senior management team.
