Of course there are ups and downs but that is life. I am fortunate that this company led by Charles Rhee supports the idea that taking care of staff first will produce positive outcomes for our clients. It's up to me to make the most of it and I have. I am grateful for the opportunity to work continue to work here. I've worked at other agencies and they say one thing and do another to save money or play favorites. I make more here than I ever have in other larger agencies. I am able to make a high stable income and have fantastic medical benefits. Professional liability, PPEs and therapy items are also paid by company which saves me money and also makes me feel more supported.

The director personally talks to me and gives me advice on how the company can help me with career growth and career development. The company was able to provide what I was looking for. Whenever I encounter challenges, I feel comfortable communicating with my supervisors as they listen to my concerns and understand where I am coming from. They are flexible and they do their best to provide the support that I need. On top of that, the compensation and benefits are really good! This has helped me provide for my family, support myself, and go back to school and pursue a graduate degree.
