No process, poor work culture. All requirements discussed verbally. Its upto you as a engineer, put the requirements in JIRA. Communication problem with Ukrain team. Leads are from Ukrain team. They don't understand the English. You are forced to work to 15 hours a day with no work.

There are so many bad things but I will highlight some key points- 1- since this is Ukrainian company and they are Ukrainian so they treat us like second class citizen. 2- there is a pool game(snooker) in the office but only Ukrainian can play with it during office hours. 3- you have to work very hard day and night but you will not get any appreciation for the same. 4-they can fire you anytime without any reason just like you are their personal servant. 5- you don't get any chance to learn here just copy past. 6-there are some flattery people in the company who are keep of their Ukrainian bosses to save them for firing. 7-you always get your salary after half a month and in the instalments. 8-there are only two toilet in the company for 100 plus people so you can imagine what could be length of the queue in front of toilet. 9-the guys in senior management treat their junior as their keep and abusing in front of all the office all the time and insulting them without proper reason.they will make you feel like slaves.
