disorganized, multiple departments working on different, conflicting directives at one time, no real leadership. you can't get anything done because you're too busy repeatedly telling different departments what you're doing and why. it's a true nightmare. departments competitive with eachother despite needing eachother, making it impossible to do your job. everyone thinks they are smarter than they are. trial-and-error company initiatives at everyone's expense. toxic community, over the top party bro culture
