      Strong culture and fun projects, but company instability

      Pros

      Good culture, fun projects. Leadership with a lot of experience in media and technology.

      Cons

      Company was not able to survive after NFT market plummeted. Senior management but had not truly built companies from the ground up. Comp could have been better, money could've been well spent on top tier talent.

      the large office was usually empty, no forced culture in office

      Cons

      disorganized, multiple departments working on different, conflicting directives at one time, no real leadership. you can't get anything done because you're too busy repeatedly telling different departments what you're doing and why. it's a true nightmare. departments competitive with eachother despite needing eachother, making it impossible to do your job. everyone thinks they are smarter than they are. trial-and-error company initiatives at everyone's expense. toxic community, over the top party bro culture
