      1. Enterprise driven with high professional standards 2. High staff motivation and commitment with great esprit de corps 3. Open-minded senior management always willing to debate or consider new ideas or suggestions from whatever source 4. Laissez faire management style leaving you to get on with your job but supportive if needed 5. Dynamic and exciting due to early stage nature of the business. Also plenty of opportunities to "make your mark"
