Pros
Everyone except upper management are amazing people. So nice and welcoming.
Cons
-Micromanaging management style -Terrible annual leave, 22 days -You wont just be doing your job, youll be doing whatever they make you -Over time is unpaid and not given in lieu -Over working is expected -Some members of upper mangement are genuienly mean and speak to people in an awful manner
