Pros
I came to the company not knowing much about the industry. Fortunately enough for me I worked with the owner of the company who was very good to me. I was willing to learn and he was willing to teach and guide. In my opinion, he’s a remarkable man and I hold the utmost respect for him. He works hard because it’s his brand and therefore he expects all parties involved to do the same.
Cons
The president and founder of the company will not always be there and is grooming his children to take over the busniess. With that being said it is not and will never be the same structure or atmosphere. His boys offer a different and more unwelcoming energy. Very unfriendly...almost the kind of energy that says, “Why did you show up to work today!” In any event, I am elated to have gotten out when I did. I enjoyed what I did; however, verbal abuse from these guys are not worth it nor is the mental abuse that can be given on any given day!!
