The Indian owners treat their employees like low wage workers from their country, very disrespectful to their employees, constantly using abusive words to everybody. I'm surprised nobody has not sued this company yet. The benefits are horrible, they recently cut the time off policy to only 10 days vacation including sick days regardless how long the years of service is without any explanations and voided any previous agreements. They only care about building up their wealth but not their employees well being. High turnover in this place, but they don't care because hiring new employees is easy, that's why I'm writing this to safe you from their trap, don't fall into it, they will lie to you during the interview. Everyone I know including myself are looking out for new jobs, there will be massive exodus in this company. Just stay away.
