      Pros

      Small company, peers were good for the most part, everyone seemed to have a good heart

      Cons

      Bad owner, would verbally abuse and berate employees regularly. When bringing up issues about the company his wife was the HR department so it was redundant. Everyone is scared and walks on eggshells in this company. There is no direction, only do as I say in this moment. No work life balance.

      People come and go due to owners bad communication skills and cursing when things don’t go as he expected it’s easy to set due dates but not understanding the actual work and time it takes setting up employees for failure
