      Pros

      Challenging opportunities for growth. Since the product is current technology, it keeps you on top of what is going on. Good benefits, Flexibility in the job. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Change happens often b/c of the industry - scheduling is challenging. You much be able to pivot quickly and to be as proactive as you possibly can.

      Pros

      Great team of people to work with, lots of variety, plenty of growth in the company, and awesome benefits! I have been at the company for many years and been through different positions and it has been a great ride! Plenty of opportunity and cool culture to be apart of here in St. Louis. I have made friends and learned a lot in this industry of work that has helped my career. The company also gives back to the community and those in need of help - which is really cool!!

      Cons

      Summer can be a little busy with construction work on k-12 buildings. It takes a little bit of time to get comfortable in the technical position, but there is training and guidance along the way. Once you get the skills it is very rewarding!
