Pros
They have nices offices and they give you a good computer.
Cons
You have to bring your computer home since the work is not remote, but they insist that you keep your PC with you at all times, which could be dangerous as someone might steal it. The salaries are really low, and although you were hired for a specific job, they don't allow you to perform the tasks associated with that job.
