- 401k Match - Reasonably priced healthcare benefits - If you are not seeking a higher education and looking for regular hours, this is a decent paying job. - Easy to get hired and nearly impossible to get fired.
Cons
- Long Hours ( Be prepared to work 50 plus) -Zero opportunities for growth. - Questionable ethics (Just google AutoPlex Extended Services) - In the event you have an emergency, death in the family, severe illness, be prepared to bring the obituary or doctors note to prove it. Also, expect to make up every minute of your absence. - To say it politely, the owner takes being cheap and unreasonable to a new level. - Originally, the expectation was to work 2 Saturdays a month. However, because turnover is so high they do not have enough people to cover the Saturday shifts without forcing to work at least 3 times a month. - Two of the three mangers are great people, however, ownership forces them to act unreasonably and play the bad cop roll.
