      Very deceptive business practices, scare tactics

      Pros

      I am seriously trying to find a positive here but I have nothing. If you like being part of drama and compromising you personal morals/values than this is the company to work for.

      Cons

      Home office/corporate is a joke. Very "top heavy"; inexperienced and ego driving women are given power above what they actually produce. Scare tactics are often used to motivate you to sell rooms to families that are scared and in emergency situations. It's obvious your S&M folks are scared and react in a negative manner. Some regional managers are only in the position because of time with company not based on management skills or merit.

      Helping families through their journey.

      Cons

      The corporate office is the MOST unorganized and unprofessional group of individuals I have yet to encounter. Constant muddling at the community level, while offering no support. Communication is an absolute nightmare. TOO many captains on the ship. Stop all the power trips.

      The residents and work/life balance is okay. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      They have staff turnover like crazy, if you get an ED in that does not like you you will be out the door. They are constantly on you about census, never any praise. Horrible.
