Home office/corporate is a joke. Very "top heavy"; inexperienced and ego driving women are given power above what they actually produce. Scare tactics are often used to motivate you to sell rooms to families that are scared and in emergency situations. It's obvious your S&M folks are scared and react in a negative manner. Some regional managers are only in the position because of time with company not based on management skills or merit.
