Pros
A small but fun team of very smart and likeable people. Lots of opportunities to learn new things as everyone has to wear more than one hat at such a small size. Later on in my time here the tasks became even more varied than initially, which also meant even more opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
Lots of delays, can end up being disheartening to not the product you work on keep being delayed.
