Extremely poor experience working at Auxo

Pros

No Pros working at this company.

Cons

- There is no concept of work–life balance at Auxo. You are expected to work until you reach complete fatigue. - Directors and senior managers do virtually nothing apart from attending meetings and laying people off. - The founders tightly control operations, creativity, and even independent thinking. There is no real opportunity to voice your opinions. - Some leaders are completely clueless about how to run an organization. Despite having 20 years of experience, they still lack basic leadership and management skills. - Another very important aspect I want to highlight is that some leaders are so arrogant that they become aggressive in their interactions. - There is no such thing as “career growth” at Auxo. Most of the time, people are being misled when these promises are made. - Any positive reviews you see here have been written by employees who were pressured or mandated to do so. In short, this company, or "startup" as they say, should not exist in this world.

Pros

The salary was credited on time, and the hybrid work mode (2 days WFO) was a positive aspect. Additionally, the learning opportunities and the work itself were good. However, the management, people, and overall work culture were not healthy.

Cons

If there had been an option, I would have rated my experience with AuxoAI negatively. My time there was extremely disappointing. It felt like many of the team members were new to data analytics but presented themselves as highly skilled, leading to a lot of confusion and inefficiency. The biggest issue was poor management. Within just one month of my joining, three people left while I was there. The senior staff often struggled to solve problems and tended to pass the blame onto juniors. Whenever I asked questions or raised doubts, it felt like I was being accused of making a mistake, rather than seeking clarity. Additionally, there was no time allocated to actually focus on deliverables. Instead, I was pulled into excessive meetings—managerial, technical, and non-technical—lasting up to 5 hours every day. This left only about 4 hours to complete a workload estimated for 9 hours. Overall, the work environment was chaotic, demotivating, and unprofessional.

No Voice if you highlight Directors are doing timepass in Company, They can layoff you, if you highlight. Not good for future growth. it's better stay silent and look for other opportunity.
