The CEO is a lost soul. He contradicts himself by the minute, and has created a culture of fear and mistrust. He even ostracized numerous deaf and hard of hearing employees in the past which is in direct opposition to the mission. He has 0 clue how to be a leader and has squandered his investors money by wasting resources to fix problems that don't exist while ignoring all the massive problems he has created. It's unfortunate because the rest of leadership are very skilled and bright people who have a clear picture of how the company can and should succeed.

This was the worst job that I have ever had the misfortune of working at. The product rarely works, the CEO is beyond difficult to work with, and you will never be paid on time. As of right now, I have had to seek legal counsel in order to attempt to get my final paycheck. Thibault is running the company into the ground-- it's no surprise that people have jumped ship faster than the passengers of the Titanic. It's truly a shame because if there were anyone else at the helm, Ava really could change the world. As it stands, Ava is unable to deliver what it promises and is unable to support and PAY its own employees. Save yourself the stress and trouble of working for Ava--they are not worth anyone's time. As far as I'm concerned, if I could go back in time and prevent myself from accepting the job, I would. No, I would never, EVER recommend working here to anyone I know.
