Pay is decent. Hours are good.

Cons

Poor management, not a team environment. Favoritism, last minute schedule changes Not very welcoming. Bias co worker that doesn’t support team. But is allowed to make management decisions without experience.

Team was incredible, worked their tails off each and every day and made it feel collaborative.

Cons

New Location, meant new problems and less solutions from upper management. Treated as an experiment with little support.
