      Pay is decent. Hours are good.

      Cons

      Poor management, not a team environment. Favoritism, last minute schedule changes Not very welcoming. Bias co worker that doesn’t support team. But is allowed to make management decisions without experience.

      Pros

      Most are very friendly, supportive Fast-paced: you will learn quickly and become more confident Office is in a great location

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work life balance 12-14+ hour days Calls at all hours and on weekends, holidays (ex - Christmas morning) Very high stress - had to go to the hospital after leaving due to panic attacks Disorganized - definitely still in start up phase Highly understaffed Many issues with who they allow to rent cars manual processes
