The only thing good about Avalex are the people at lower levels you will work with. Medical and Dental is ok, Vision is horrible.

Avalex is a DISASTER!! The only positive reviews you will find were put here by HR or current employees the owner told to post a review because their reputation is starting to catch up with them. You will work countless hours, and weekends. Top management, are 100% ok with continuing to engage in unethical/illegal business activities. They install used CCAs into new customer deliverables and sell as new; they also use scrapped material in new customer deliverables and sell it as new, that's not only unethical, and illegal, but also tax evasion. Top management is 100% ok with incomplete and falsified AS9102 FAI documentation, just to get revenue, They'll even sign it themselves. Product Quality is TERRIBLE, FPY for Avalex product is around 30-40%. On time delivery is around 30-40% because of the HORRIBLE designs, Supply chain issues, and lack of standardization. In addition to all this, Avalex had a MAJOR Security breach in early 2018, where Avalex GAVE AWAY to ID thieves all of their employee’s personal/financial information employed in 2017, many employees couldn't file a tax return because it was already filed by the ID thieves. If you have a job, DON'T leave it for Avalex. If you are desperate still avoid this place. It will be a blemish on your resume as all defense contractors in the area know about Avalex and its reputation.
