Pensacola is a nice place, the bays are nice but few grass flats, very little structure, flat bottoms and lots of fresh water intrusion. Yes the boating is better than the work in that area.
Cons
Be fore warned, I doubt Avalex will be there much longer. The horrible quality of the products, complete lack of quality control, huge employee turnover, very little if not zero management and an bridaled habit of the CEO to sell what he doesn't have makes for an extremely bad work environment. Be forewarned! Especially if you are a customer!

Cons
The cons are just like any other job. Yes, you will have you’re “bad” days. But as long as you’re transparent with people, you’re good. At least that was my experience.
