      Leadership is abusive

      Pros

      There are no pros. The Executive Director that recently took over is ABUSIVE. She has no experience with dv/sv victims and loves her title more than the work.

      Cons

      Everything. Under new leadership the organization will fail. Half of the staff has left since she took over in mid January. The BOD will not listen, the organization will fail with her leading and victims will suffer.
