      Pros

      Be outside all day, meet so many interesting people and get to see lots of different shows.

      Cons

      Can feel draining to try and advertise things to people who don't necessarily want to be advertised to all day.

      Nice offices. Nice colleagues on same pay grade.

      Treatment of junior staff is poor. Most assistants lasting only a matter of weeks. Very lengthy hours with little reward.

      Fully remote…THAT’S IT, trust me

      Cons

      They fired 5 people while I was there. Ridiculous salaries that don’t match the excessive workloads. Very strict work culture, where they make staff get to the point of burnout, so they either quit or find a reason to fire them
