Pros
1. More responsibility, hence more scope to learn.
Cons
1. Very bad management, in fact no management at all. Its like running on age old policies that were taken from pre-independence era. 2. Very very very less annual leaves i.e. 10 leaves for whole year including sick, casual & earned leaves & above that saturday's are working. 3. Very bad infra. to work. 4. Fix office timings, no flexibility. 5. No office canteen. 6. Low salary & low hikes.
