Cons
Only Sunday is weak of. Using old technology. Nothing to learn. Bond for 2 years, then 3 months notice period, then again 3 months you need to come to office on Saturdays to get your certificate back. If you fail in it , the term will extend. All 2 years you can do just data entry forms as a software engineer. No leave policy. Per month you can take only one leave. Remaining 25 days you need to be there in office without fail. Otherwise salary deduction. No emergency or medical leave. Office time is 9 to 7. But if you late by 5 min, The half day salary will be deducted. And don't expect to go by 7. You should be in office till 8 or 8.30. no over time or no extra allowance.
