By far one of the most toxic companies you could ever wish to work for. If you thrive on being micromanaged, stalked, nitpicked and constantly judged, being thrown under the bus, incessantly interrupted throughout your work day, second-guessed and undermined by all of the captains on the ship, surrendering your subject matter expertise and submitting to the subjective thought of the collective, being reduced to an order-taker, having your ideas and suggestions promptly disregarded, foregoing a work-life balance, and a mob mentality “leadership team” with delusions of grandeur who have reached the pinnacle of perfection never before seen by any man and who have never heard of the word accountability (nor what it means)…this is the place for you. Not only do they thrive on chaos, fear tactics, daily fire drills and your anxiety, but they are severely lacking in any standard operating procedures in which to conduct your day-to-day work and completely devoid of any real diversity and inclusion. Open door policy? No way. What you say can and will be used against you? Absolutely. Don’t expect to win here and don’t waste your time trying. Five stars in favor of taking your talents elsewhere.

Upper management is horrible. They will not communicate with you, not listen to you, and certainly do not care about your career or merit with the company. You will be treated as dispensable. Do not trust anyone who tells you they care about you as a human. Their “H4S” company values are just a clever marketing ploy to get you to trust them. They are a company empty of values, professionalism, and humanity.
