      - toxic environment - can not separate specifically the scope of work of each dept - BOD always follow their emotion - like a kindergarten

      Very interesting job, never boring, delightful boss. Exposure to current design trends and materials is enjoyable, to feel you are always on the cutting-edge of new products and materials and methods of design

      Cons

      Each day holds the new surprise. You must be prepared to use MapQuest for errands and deliveries and enjoying meeting new people and keep an open mind, each situation is different
