      Very interesting job, never boring, delightful boss. Exposure to current design trends and materials is enjoyable, to feel you are always on the cutting-edge of new products and materials and methods of design

      Cons

      Each day holds the new surprise. You must be prepared to use MapQuest for errands and deliveries and enjoying meeting new people and keep an open mind, each situation is different

      Pros

      Working at Avanti is encouraging since you work under no pressure from management and you feel good about the flexibility in shifts.

      Cons

      Its good to work in a company but one most important thing that Avanti should look into is medical and of course transport allowance
