Pros

The only pro here would be that they are willing to hire new grads and ee all know that new grads need their foot in to start they profession.

Cons

Not a safe place to work at. Especially if they're not percepting/training properly. The employees are over worked often exceeding there nurse to patient ratio and under payed.

Pros

Accepts new grads. Most of the population in ER are uneducated and homeless in which this hospital is a good place to get experience to educate patients and learning to speak Spanish. Coffee is free, but doesn't taste good.

Cons

Cleanliness is poor. Cafeteria is open for a limited time, but there are vending machines.
