      They have a good front desk person.

      Cons

      They don't take care of their employees. They have to much going on or to care enough to take the time and actually use the skills their employees have.

      Pros

      AX community involvement & networking. Minor travel. Nice offices.

      Cons

      Constant revolving door of employees & lay-offs. Fast paced but with no direction. Was often times expected to be a mindreader and complete tasks with no support from other departments that the tasks were dependent on. No company culture or focus to build one. Disorganized and a lot of long, useless meetings with no action.
