- Very welcoming and collaborative teams across depts - No micromanaging, they trust your knowledge/skills - Leadership (C-level) is very easy to trust and follow - Relatively low turnover while I was there, felt secure - Company has a growth, almost startup mindset without the typical drags that come with it - Teams are close and friendly without constant "culture" events that tend to get in the way of work

There are no pros for this company. They are considered the lowest available option for anything to do with data engineering, finance, or consulting.

Too many to list. However, they are pushing Microsoft Fiber onto their clients. Their job is to convince their potential clients to use Fiber over Databricks, Snowflake, or any other data engineering platform. They have spent most of their money on Microsoft Fiber and now they are forced to sell it. This is despite the fact it is the worst option for most companies. They pigeon holed themselves into offering the worst solution.
