      Innovative, great work life balance, brilliant colleagues.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, rigid and slow decisionmaking, truly horrible developer experience with endless tickets to get a new hire up and running. And you kind of need to break the rules to do your job efficiently. No trust in developers, very clunky management of permissions and authorizations.
