Pros
People-focused, positive, and transparent, a forward-thinking company that feels very refreshing. Avari feels all-inclusive, like I just belong, and even at the executive level. I love how I feel a part of something much bigger than myself, bring ideas, make an impact, and be supported and celebrated for wins. Avari is a great place to work, and we are building an intentional people-first culture that makes me proud.
Cons
I do not have any cons except that I want to do all the work right now. There is so much to do! However, one person isn't expected to get it all done! Avar is very intentional about who we hire, and with shifting priorities and so much growth, it's sometimes challenging for me to want to slow down.
