Pros
Some autonomy. Some chance to advance if you're very lucky. Had a brief chance to travel. Learned some new things.
Cons
Complex and difficult work atmosphere. No chance to advance for me. Disjointed hiring practices. No-warning firing of entire teams of people. Terrible place to try to start a career.

Initially pay followed by the ability to problem solve client issues
Cons
Largely summed up by leadership. This company is not one I would recommend although I think I made the most of my time there and enjoyed working with several of the key accounts.
