      Some of the staff throughout the company are very nice, upbeat and great to work with, allowed some hour flexibility of work schedule if family matters arose, clean office

      Cons

      Pushed sales over patient care, set impossible to meet standards for patient long term follow up, allows bullying to co-workers and doesn’t do anything about it when reported, doesn’t value or show appreciation for long term staff members, doesn’t give yearly increment raises, no opportunity for advancement and makes many broken promises to employees
