Pros
The work/life balance is supported in the practice I work in. It is a very friendly and supportive working environment and good culture in the office. There is also some flexibility with home working.
Cons
There does not seem to be any vertical practices or Global Target Accounts as the assignments are ad-hoc and requirement based, as opposed to developing large accounts.
