Wonderful setting for new graduates with psych experience. Fast accessible help whenever needed Clinic hours allow for more family time. Collaborating physicians provide timely feedback and help when needed. Weekly quizzes to increase knowledge and skill set. Office staff, promote a friendly environment. Physicians encourages growth. Promotes mental health one patient at a time.
Cons
No all clinics flow well. Need to be very flexible with change.
