      Pros

      They give you more money and buy your soul.

      Cons

      Toxic management. Micro management. High school politics. So much drama. There should be a reality series on the drama that goes on here. Management needs to go back to school and learn some manners and etiquettes about how to talk to civilized people. This isn’t a military playground. Caused anxiety issues and nothing was done about it. Horrible place to work. Training is provided and then charged for along with accommodation when you leave. Tool bag costing £29.99 was checked for every piece when resigned. Very cheap and offensive language used.

      Pros

      A new company in the medical engineering field. Great sense of achievement and the ability to drive new projects. The engineering staff are a great bunch of guys.

      Cons

      Far to many young girls in positions where they should not be. Very inefficient systems, and negative quality culture. Playground politics are in abundance, due to the immaturity of the administration staff. Engineering staff worked to the bone with no recognition for their hard work.
