Ambush feedback. Feedback culture is extremely poor. Instead of regular and transparent communication, concerns were kept hidden. No issues were raised with me directly during my time there; I was under the impression things were fine. Out of nowhere, I was invited to a call where management unloaded all the negative feedback at once and immediately informed me of the decision to terminate my employment. This “ambush feedback” approach felt unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving no opportunity for improvement or discussion.
