Do not provide law benefits whatsoever

My colleague and I were let go from Aventus without receiving our pay because we spoke up about a major issue: the tests given to newbies are filled with typos and glitches, making it impossible for anyone to pass correctly. (The same problem happens on different campaigns) But did they listen? Nope. Instead, they brushed us off and treated us poorly. Turns out, the person responsible for these flawed tests has a intimate relationship with one of the training managers. So, our complaints were ignored by the manager because of their relationship. Additionally, the guy that created the tests and training materials isn't even good at their job! They're not proficient in English and can't even get simple tasks right, but they're still there because of who they know, not what they can do. They got their position after their girlfriend was promoted to management. But it doesn't end there. Aventus doesn't care about us workers. They overwork their employees, contacting them during breaks and lunches, and they don’t pay them enough for what they have to endure. They don't care about their employees well-being or treating them fairly. It's all about squeezing every last bit of work out of them for as little as possible. If you're considering working at Aventus, think again. They don't care about you. It’s all about who they can exploit to fill their pockets.
