Thank you for this review. We have been open a year now and have not yet received this type of response. The vague negativity is reminiscent of an encrypted email the management team received a few days ago. We understood and expected this type of response eventually. Thank you for following though so we can openly shed some light on these things: 1) We are very upfront and honest about pay scale with each and everyone of our candidates. We go over it in the interview process and again during new hire paperwork before signing an agreement with a new hire. We do not have 100% commission, which honestly would be easier from my vantage, since when someone does not make sales up to the base pay we offer, I pay them out of my company profit. I choose not to have that model because we believe in investing in our employees. I will work with anyone who is actually putting forth effort. 2) Contribution and consistency are key in our business. We are up front about that from first contact. People come into interviews saying they want stability, growth opportunity, positivity, and training. Ask anyone who has actually worked with us: we offer all of those things. If someone gives up on themselves after 2 months (or over a year- unclear in your review), they did not take advantage of what we offer. I am 100% positive that if you were feeling this way and came to speak to me, I would have shown grace and worked with you more directly to find these things for yourself. In fact, I set aside days in my schedule to go to the field to directly train and work with my guys. It’s one of my favorite parts of my job. 3) 6 accounts sold in 5 days is the promotion out of entry-level. No, there is no pay raise with this. It is the first step out of TRAINING into the position for which we hired you. A pay raise does come with the next promotion. We go over that first in the second-round interview. And if you do the math, 8 accounts sold in one week (less than 2 sales a day) is $1,000, which is more than most entry-level positions. 4) We have only been open for 1 year, so I don’t understand the basis for your comment about working here for years without opportunity. We have grown over the past year, and the core group who started out with us are still here because they have seen and experienced growth. If you did work here, you have their numbers.
