      - you may find one or two genuine people

      Cons

      - overwork - no weekend - if you’re a fresher, no training - HIGHLY understaffed - HR don’t give two scents to your lengthy complains (oral or on email). They will keep supporting the managers they have good relations with. And you, you are replaceable - managers release their frustration on you, hound you with responsibilities without even giving you a brief then blame you for errors - a group of managers (now ADs) get promoted every year but have zero value addition to clients or to their juniors. When client asks for new ideas, they come up with sending press releases which is like the most basic KRA and not even an idea.

      The only good things about my job were the clients. They care more about your wellbeing than the internal team.

      Cons

      -seniors don’t believe in working. They unload their work on juniors. -very designation centric firm. People talk to you after seeing your designation. Your team also constantly reminds you of your designation. -you can’t question your seniors, because it will come back to you. -If you have any concerns, reaching out to the HR or your senior is going to be a futile exercise. -mental health is a joke here. Nobody will support if you need time off or want to spend time with family. -seniors consider you as their PA and they treat you in the worst possible way. -mentally tortuous environment.
