Management will dangle the carrot. You will never be certified, and your annual reviews will be disappointing. If you are a hard worker, they will absolutely take advantage of you and not compensate.
Also, no tool allowance. And they cheap out on consumables to make your job harder.
Small company, HR department is awesome, freindly environment, they are understanding and flexible when needing time off from work.

Below industry standard pay, limited chance for advancement, they get upset if leave for another company and can be retaliatory towards employees leaving.
