      Flexible schedule and fun co workers

      Cons

      Management will dangle the carrot. You will never be certified, and your annual reviews will be disappointing. If you are a hard worker, they will absolutely take advantage of you and not compensate. Also, no tool allowance. And they cheap out on consumables to make your job harder.

      Great company to start or continue your career with. Many employees have been here for decades because of the culture here.

      Pay can be a bit low. Culture has not changed in many years, can be tough on the new people.
