      Nothing good to say about this company.

      Cons

      Manager sucks. Will not implement ideas. Shoots all ideas down. Give others free time off (adding up to weeks or even months). Covid protocol depended who you were. Guys would post pics at bars and get contact quarantined for two weeks paid time off. No consequence. Clearly giving union rep time off of he did not file grievance.

      Good benefits, good work/life balance. Overall owners did everything to make it a good place to work.

      Cons

      Government contracts (ie the nature of the work in general). Government expectations and usual red tape.

      Pros

      This company is a small business with large company ambitions. They are competitive and quality of work is very high. The management here are not just faceless authority figures who pop in to give an order and disappear, but they are seen every day and lead by example. The family environment is very real; you can take time off when emergencies emerge and not fear if you will be criticized for it. Your co-workers become friends, and you are not merely a number in a company database.

      - Advancement opportunities are sometimes few and far in between
