      Nothing good to say about this company.

      Cons

      Manager sucks. Will not implement ideas. Shoots all ideas down. Give others free time off (adding up to weeks or even months). Covid protocol depended who you were. Guys would post pics at bars and get contact quarantined for two weeks paid time off. No consequence. Clearly giving union rep time off of he did not file grievance.

      personable PTO, paid holiday, floating holiday, sick time all assigned at beginning of calendar year

      Cons

      time off does not accrue because it's assigned at the beginning of the year.

      Work-life balance is wonderful and supportive, leadership values cross-functional teamwork and collaboration, and the work that is produced is precise, reliable, and exceeds expectations of their clients.

      Cons

      Literally nothing. ATC is a great place to work.
