Pros
Pretty nice working enviroment. Company was recently bought out by a huge conglomerate so we'll see how that changes things. New owners bought a new building as well and we'll be moving there soon. Was supplied with a small rolling tool box and a few tools so far, which is prettty cool. I had all my own tools and stuff from my previous auto tech possition so I didnt really need them but its still nice. Coworkers have all been great so far. Really looking forward to seeing what it'll be like years from now.
Cons
Like I said in the Pros, the company was reciently bought out by a very big conglomerate so it could really go either way, hopefully the former. Not real big on huge conglomerates monopolizing any industry let alone one I work in so that'll be hard to wrestle with. I've heard (no proof) about some issues with employees checks not matching their time worked so I'll be watching that.
