Nice office location but the office itself is quiet, barely anyone talks to anyone or comes in.
Cons
Rude, old-school attitude from upper management. Only care about work output but nothing about your well-being. Lots of microaggression within the company, everyone is very snappy and stressed. Do not know how to collaborate and work as a team. Very high turnover with people hating the culture. Multiple people resign every month, constantly needing to hire people. Virtually no career progression unless someone leaves (even then they might hire externally). Worst workplace experience I've ever had.
